She pleaded no contest to using weapons while intoxicated and inducing panic. Although no one was hurt, the theater was evacuated. She was sentenced to 5 days in jail, 55 days of house arrest and two years of probation with alcohol testing.

This was Lambert's second arrest for alcohol-related offenses.

In April 2016, she was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, according to her personnel file. Blue Ash police reported she crashed her 2009 Honda Civic and refused a blood alcohol test at the scene.

She was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to control her vehicle, her file stated, but pleaded guilty to reckless driving.

Lambert remains employed by the Cincinnati Police Department, however, officials said she will be subject to the department's disciplinary process.

"Sgt. Lambert is currently assigned to an administrative assignment and her police powers will remain suspended until further notice," the department said in a statement.
