OFCC New Donation Option

Postby JediSkipdogg » Fri Jan 24, 2014 11:58 pm

OFCC is proud to announce a new donation option. Located on the main page of OhioCCW.org is a Donate link. One can select from one of five fabulous donation levels or enter their own amount. This method is much easier than other donation options we have utilized in the past. One simply logs in with the same account info they use to register for our events. If one doesn't have an account, creating one is easy.

We are also excited to announce the option of recurring donations. Tired of having to remember to make a donation? Want to donate $120 but don't have the cash now? Select the recurring option and donate $10 every month for the next twelve months. Each recurring donation you will receive an email reminding you that you made the donation. You can also modify or cancel your recurring donation anytime by logging into your dashboard on the main website.

As we continue our fight for gun rights money is always an issue. While it seems the cities that take us to court have unlimited funding, OFCC is run 100% on donations. We may get attorney fees back, but it's never a guarantee. Therefore it's donations and memberships that keep us in business. Thank you everyone for your support.

If you have any problems and/or questions, feel free to mention them here.

Yes. The two are totally independent of each other. You'll need a membership account to either make an donation or become a member.

Okay, and that is a "new" website, right? My Patron just expired, but I'll have to sign up again with the main site? I think I tried that, get a verification code and entered new password, but I'll try again. I need a break from cleaning out my work truck anyway.

Thanks

Okay, I think I got it to work. It said my email was already in use, but I went to reset password and that seemed to work and it accepted my CC donation. *whew*

New as of March 2013 for that feature.

Glad you got it all to work and thanks for the donation.
