A woman identified only as Witness 9 tearfully told Florida police investigating George Zimmerman for the fatal shooting of an unarmed teen that he molested her for 10 years, starting when she was 6, according to a new round of evidence released Monday.

This case gets more odd every day.

I heard Benjamin Crump refer to witness #9 on the tube last night. He said more details (as soon as they make them up) will be available soon.

I'm seeing a pattern here. If you can't actually get away with killing them, assassinate their character by any means possible whether it's true or not.

She said Z was molesting her for about 8 years...She told her sister and parents.....That was about 10 years ago or so....What could that matter in his self-defense case ? Stone look face....

Apparently molesting an 8-year-old shows a violent streak. Somewhere down near the bottom, it also mentions that her testimony includes the fact that she knows Zimmerman is, in fact, racist, although she can't remember any specific words or actions to back up that claim...

It looks like the corrupt prosecutor and judge will try anything to smear GZ.

This clearly has no bearing on the case, and what an eight year old did to a six year old is hardly "molesting" a child.

Releasing it shows just how desperate they are!

I don't know who (if anyone) is telling the truth here, but I've decided one thing about this whole Zimmerman deal: His life is over. Doesn't matter whether he wins or loses this case.

The funny thing about all this is that this is a pretty cut and dry case IMO. I'm not aware of any murder case this cut and dry being this detailed. Heck, it's not like he denies shooting and killing Martin. He just claims he did it in self-defense. And they have no evidence that shows it's not self-defense. So now they search for evidence to dispute his statement that it was self-defense.

I believe this female that was molested called the police the day she heard of the shooting with Z...This was presented to the police, there was no searching in this case...

Ok, so.......show me the charge. IMO, her testimony is useless. You can't use it as a character witness on a charge that never occurred. Now, if he was found guilty of said molestation, then it could be a good character witness. But she would be testifying on the stand to a crime that didn't occur in the eyes of the law.

FYI...not sure about Florida law, but in Ohio he could be charged and arrested for the molestation still today, ie...rape aka no statute of limitations.

Not to get off the topic of the suposed rape or molestation that may or may not be true, but so what if he is racist? This whole "race" thing P's me off. Supose that he is racist. Does that automatically deny him the right by law to defend himself against serious bodily injury or death?
