Packaging is one of the big parts of marketing.
Nice! Do they donate part of proceeds to cancer research?

yeah, some such thing...please let's not go into how many salaries are justified by "cancer research donations".
Bottom line, it is not a factor in our decision, the pink color and "light load" is.
Here's a link to purchase and some customer reviews discussing the "cause".

Hadn't planned to  But I agree, it's a marketing tactic.

Gotta say though, if I were a criminal and was shot with a pink hello kitty gun (with or without rhinestones), I would seriously consider another line of work

I want a pink revolver to wear with my kilt. When the thug has to explain to the police he was shot by a guy in a skirt with a pink gun, I'm sure it'll be entertaining.

Unfortunately parents aren't parents anymore. I see it all the time every day I go to work. So since they can't blame themselves, they have to blame the companies of the products their kids misuse. I partially blame it on the whole parents living above their means and daycare. Both parents work and therefore rarely see their kids and let the school and other people teach their kids instead of them doing it themselves. They assume these other people are teaching their kids what they should be teaching them and they aren't.
