Court rules against town for not issuing CHL

Post by Rhino »

God,
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can
and the Wisdom to know the difference.

Carrying a gun is a right, not a crime.

Gun control is racist.

A great example of why holding out for "shall issue" language in Ohio's CHL law was the right thing to do.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

Yes. This would have been a problem in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and most of their suburbs.

Preemption was also worth it.
