The Skirball Center released a statement Tuesday evening that said, “Update: An Evening with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is CANCELED. The Justice regrets that she is unable to visit the Skirball on 1/29. She is curtailing travel and focusing on her work while recuperating from recent surgery. Thank you for your understanding.”

Update: Stricken with Pneumonia, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg about to Retire from the Supreme Court.

https://www.smobserved.com/story/2019/0 ... /3780.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Editor's Note; We first posted this story in September, 2018. Sadly we were correct, as Justice Ginsburg underwent surgery on December 15th to remove a cancerous growth from her lungs. We are reposting it since so many people contacted us to ask if it was true, which sadly, it is. She did not appear for oral arguments on January 7, 2019, & it is becoming increasingly clear that she will not ever return to the bench. https://www.smobserved.com/story/2018/1 ... /3766.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

While the Nation is preoccupied with the appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, it appears there will soon be another vacancy on the US Supreme Court

IMHO, I think that she's already dead. There are probably some staffers that are hiding that fact from us because they want to do everything they can to prevent Trump from appointing another Justice.

If she's not dead, she is probably blinking once for "yes" and twice for "no." This is not without precedence. In 1919, for about a six moth period, Edith Wilson, the FLOTUS at the time was "fielding" messages for her husband. What we now know was that she was acting as the POTUS.

With that said, there ought to be some leaders in the government, particularly the White House, asking for proof of life. More importantly, we need to ask for proof of functionality. She could be alive but in a coma.

I don't know about a functionality test necessity (LoL).

However, I do know that this fact (cancer discovery in Nov., after the fall) was concealed from the public. To that, is there ...anything....else medically that is being.....concealed :?:
Acquisitions thus far:

-Slingshot
-Butter knife
-Soda straw and peas
-Sharpened pencil
-Newspaper roll
--water balloon (*diversionary*)

Yeah, I'm that good

Legally would any of this make a difference, as long as she's still breathing?

“Mental decrepitude” on the Supreme Court has continued into the modern era, as historian David Garrow has documented. Frank Murphy, who served in the 1940s, was likely addicted to illegal drugs by the end of his tenure, and his biographer wrote that “on at least one occasion,” with Murphy in absentia, his law clerk and two fellow justices “jointly decided what Murphy’s votes should be.”
Based on her past decisions it would be easy for someone to decide on her behalf what her decision would be on a case.

IMO I don't thing she'll be removed while alive (coma or not) unless and until she starts making rulings based on a strict interpretation of what is actually written, not what some one would like it to say.

Nope. Only the president is subject to involuntary removal for disability. Everybody else holds office until they die, resign, or are convicted by 2/3rds of the Senate in an impeachment proceeding. The latter will never happen, although in a properly functioning democracy it should once it's clear the person is unable to perform their duties and is medically beyond recovery.

The 25th Amendment was ratified well after FDR's term in office. Regardless of that, FDR, others around him as well as the MSM at the time did their best to hide the fact that he was handicapped by polio from the public.

The reasoning at the time was they felt that he would be perceived as being unable to perform the duties of the POTUS and therefore un-electable. First of all, I don't think that polio would have preventing him from carrying out his duties. Had I been around then, I would not have voted for him because of his policies not because of his disability.

The one fact that we cannot escape is that the MSM had a hand in covering up his disability by not publishing photos of him with leg braces or in a wheel chair while he was in office. The MSM also did their best to cover up any problems with JFK. He had chronic back problems while in office and took a lot of steroids for it. Prior to that he had several close calls do to his suffering from Addison’s disease. The condition affects the blood sugar and is considered life threatening.

The MSM has to also know something about RBG that they are not going to report as their would be calls for her removal from the bench. What I find hypocritical is the MSM harping on DJT's mental health and citing the 25th Amendment as a method to remove him from office but will not question RBG's ability to perform, even in abstentia.

Oh trust me, if she starts making rulings sounding like Scalia they'll do more than question, they'll be demanding her impeachment.

The thing I've heard from liberals is that the difference is RBG doesn't have her finger on the nuke button. While that's true her decisions have affected more people negatively than any president Senator or member of Congress.

OOOPS!

Lovely earrings.
Fox & Friends briefly aired a graphic Monday morning which erroneously suggested Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is dead.

Upon returning from a commercial break, a graphic of the 85-year-old justice briefly came onscreen with the dates “1933-2019,” before a teaser of co-host Ainsley Earhardt’s upcoming interview about college culture appeared.

SNIP

“We need to apologize … A technical error in the control room triggered a graphic of RBG with a date on it,” co-host Steve Doocy said later in the show. “We don’t want to make it seem anything other than that was a mistake. That was an accident.”

“We apologize, big mistake,” added Earhardt.

I wonder if Fox News knows something that they aren't telling us. There have been times that someone has knowledge that an event is about to take place but leaks it to a news entity just so they can have the exclusive on the story. Or the event has already taken place but the only person with knowledge of the event is controlling the flow of information in order to control subsequent events.

As I've already hypothesized, she may already be dead. She may be brain-dead but life support equipment is keeping her bodily functions running. The only thing left to do is to get a physician to pronounce her dead.

Think about this for a second, the Demonrats are so powerful that they will put pressure on any doctor to delay the pronouncement of death as long as possible to keep Trump from nominating another Justice.

Put yourself in the position of the attending physician. You have already seen how the Demonrats can ruin another person's career, cause them to lose house, property, savings and retirement accounts. It would not take much of a disinformation campaign or orchestration of events to ruin a physician's life if he or she pronounced RBG dead before the Demonrats were ready for it.

My bet is that their plan involves waiting till after impeachment proceedings have begun. As far fetched as this sounds, they would like to get Trump and Pence out of the way so Pelosi can get in the White House. Yes, that does sound far-fetched but remember this is the party that cannot get over the fact that they lost the White House in 2016 and are doing anything to get it back.

To back up that "far-fetched" assertion...or take it to it's logical conclusion...
Political strategist Roger Stone says that the deep state is planning to remove both President Trump and VP Mike Pence from office so that they can install Nancy Pelosi as President as part of a coup that will eventually see Hillary Clinton return as President.

SNIP

The imminent death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg has accelerated the timeline of the anti-Trumpers throughout the deep state and the poisonous media. They have been ordered to pull out all the stops and do anything and everything necessary to eliminate Trump before Ginsburg is removed from the Supreme Court. Rumors are circulating that Ginsburg is already dead and that her death is being covered up to provide enough time for the deep state to arrest and remove President Trump from office, but those rumors have not been confirmed and may be mere conjecture. In any case, Ginsburg’s passing is very near, and this has underscored the perceived emergency on the Left which is willing to do absolutely anything to maintain authoritarian power over the American people.

SNIP

There are two trigger events that provide authorization for the citizens of America to rise up in the 3D world and converge on Washington D.C. to take their country back from the deep state traitors who are systematically destroying it:

Trigger event #1) An arrest or assassination of President Trump. This would be proof of an illegal coup which would trigger the Second Amendment defense of America.

Trigger event #2) President Trump announces authorization for citizens’ action against the deep state traitors, effectively “deputizing” millions of Americans to locate and round up deep state traitors named by the President.

I think it is more likely that Fox News and every other "news" organization has announcements and even obituaries of every big wig in DC ready to roll at a moment's notice. They are just keeping RBG's a little extra handy.

And you would be correct. I used to know someone who worked at a local TV station and another person who used to work at a AM radio station, both part of national networks. They particularly want to have something ready or update their info if someone is in the news is being reported as in poor health. They did this even back in the eighties and ninties so I'm sure they're still doing it. From what I gathered from those two, being first with the story is the most important thing, with being accurate a close second. That however was decades ago so accuracy might not count as high anymore.

Supposed public appearance by Ginsburg. No photos avail and most people didn't realize she was there as she was in a dark back corner of the room..

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is making her first public appearance since undergoing lung cancer surgery in December.
The justice sat in the back of the darkened auditorium at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.

The National Constitution Center, which sponsored the concert, did not permit photography.
