I don't think so, just a new individual to the forums asking a question.

That broken English type of post is a strong clue. Couple that with the content being a sales pitch...say, am I the only one here who installed the Spam detector app on his phone ?

I shouldn't be surprised, but.. there's an app for that? That gets me thinking.. Do they have a BS detector too? I can spot SPAM just fine, but BS sometimes gets past me. :-) (this is in no way implying BS to your post, it is completely tangential)

That is why I reported the post as spam before there were any other responses to this thread.

I was hoping a moderator would see the report and simply delete the thread. However, once you all made replies, it is my understanding (maybe mistaken) that the moderator can no longer delete the thread.

If I am incorrect, I'd be curious to have a mod explain how the process actually does work.

Why you want the Mods to erase our funny haha responses, BobK? Sometimes these are the bestest threads all week.

Welcome to the forum Widgeon!
I see this is your first post. You might want to update your profile to include your location. I know of some buried guns in Ohio that your kid could find with his new medal detector.

I'm a moderator on a non-gun related forum site and I suppose that I ban probably 20 of these one post wonders each week.

I'm sure the other 50 some odd moderators do too.
I only have moderator powers in one section containing 14 forums and sub forums out of about 180.
