Newbie from norwalk

Hi I'm new here and was wondering if anyone can help me with O.R.C 2923.14... I'm trying to restore my firearm rights so I can go hunting with my father in law he is a disabled veteran and loves to hunt but can't do it on his own anymore and wants to teach me the ins and outs about hunting but I legally can't own a gun. I have done a lot of research on 2923.14 and have a letter of recommendation from my probation officer my question is how do I format the application I haven't been able to find a example of one online anywhere. My counties clerk of courts had no idea what I was talking about when I went and talked to them about it... Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
