20 days is actually pretty good for Cuyahoga. Seeing that Lake and Portage are less than 30 minutes, Cuyahoga is still very slow.

Being a first time applicant , "20 days is actually pretty good".... and yes, I agree renewals should be within 30 minutes for sure!
