Gaspode wrote:I ordered a bunch of Targets for a buddies shop. John was great! Our order was done a month ahead of schedule, the targets looked amazing, as did the custom stand that he made for us to put up in the shop for display. These things are tough as hell, putting it through our torture test a 308 at about 40ft barely put a dent in this thing. You seriously cannot beat these targets on price and quality. That combined with Johns customer service? It makes keeping the shooting sports money here in Ohio easy.

Thank you very much for the props. We are trying our best to provide quality and decent pricing on our products - not trying to get rich - just trying to cover expenses and have a little left over for R & D and insurance. Really happy to hear AR500 plate is working for you and we appreciate any follow-up you provide.

Blessings,
The whole crew at PROGO Targets

The circle shape may roll off - UNLESS - you tape a cardboard easel to the back to prevent that. Since you will be shooting them off the stands anyhow, it will not do anything. We do not want to weld "easels" on the back as that makes the steel warp or get brittle for all the wrong reasons. You will not see the cardboard from your aiming side of course.

The other way is to buy our PG7 stand that has a bolt and nut for attachment. Take a look at the extra pictures and you'll see these are really substantial - buy a few and we bet you will not be replacing them anytime soon - they are solid!

Blessings.

The gongs simply balance on top of the platform - the triangle and square work due to the geometry of the shape - what we do with the circle is to tape a piece of cardboard in a wedge shape on the back so it acts like an easel and the circles do not roll off. Since these stands will require you to walk out and reset the target each time you knock them off - please consider that. If you look at our PG7 gong stand it does attach the gong by a Grade 5 bolt so there is no reset per se. All that needs to be done with these is occasional touch-up with gray primer as you knock the paint off.

Either way - we put quality in everything we do.

You'll like what we added - sadly prices had to go up a bit due to everything else going up.

Ohio company for Ohio shooters ---- enjoy! But, we'll take Michigan money if you force us!

You can sit any of our shaped plate targets on the PG44 stand. I thought I answered this before - sorry.

We've added some new products and with steel prices going up we ask you order now if you have any interest.

We appreciate your business.
