Wanted to mention that this is 0.080" thick Kydex. It doesn't show as much detail as the thinner 0.060ish stuff a lot of people are using, and it's harder to cut and form, but it's stronger and will last longer.

I will have to say that I think our drawer of neglected holsters will have a new addition. It's not quite official but I think my el cheapo OWB for our SR9c will be retired soon.

I bought a snap cake holster from Dan at PITP today and I have not even got the chance to wear it yet (the SR9c "belongs" to the wife after all   ) and I think it will be our OWB holster of choice from now on. Dan said that this holster didn't meet his expectations when he made it for a customer and tossed it in his discount pile.

Looking at it even when Dan pointed out the "flaws" it looks perfectly acceptable. Of course the "flaws" are on the backside so they could have been purple and pink polka dots for all I care.

All in all it looks great and fits great even without breaking it in yet.

It was good to meet you Dan Dan and I hope we can figure out the logistics so you can make a holster for my Tanfoglio.

Thanks again and keep up the awesome work on these great holsters.

That holster musta been in the reject pile, too -- you gotta yank the pistol out with your left hand!
I like to swap brass... and I'm looking for .32 H&R Mag, .327 Fed Mag, .380 Auto and 10mm. If you have some and would like to swap for something else, send me a note!

The sweat shield is the extended part of leather that goes between the gun and your body. Some people make them HUGE so that they go behind the grip as well, but IMO this is a bad idea as it interferes with a clean draw.

Out of the hundreds of holsters I've sold, I've only built 2 or 3 without.

Thanks!

Dan made me an IW#5 style for my M&P compact and it is so nice!
I have tried so many other holsters... but I will now begin trying one of his for any other gun I get first.
Can't wait to see how the new hybrid looks!
PS Dan you did get my payment, right?
:)
