Kyle's Gunshop is now hiring!!

Post by khufford »

I have the following shows for Jan/Feb:

Jan 15-16 - Sharonville
Jan 22-23 - Wilmington
Jan 29-30 - Dayton
Feb 12-13 - Sharonville
Feb 19-20 - Dayton
Feb 26-27 - Columbus

I will be booking more future dates at a later time... What I am looking for is one individual who would be willing to help out at the shows on these weekends. I can't afford to pay a whole lot, but there are some perks that come along with the job. I had some help lined up for the Sharonville shows, but they backed out on me at the last minute, so I might be doing the Jan 15-16 show solo if I don't find someone. I may have the Columbus show in Feb already covered, I will know soon.

Here is what you get for helping out:

- Free admission to the show, get in before the doors open on Saturday and have a chance at some good deals before the public has access to them.
- Free lunch on me both days, I buy, you fly.
- $100 tax free (if I pay you less than $600/yr no 1099 is needed) *OR* your choice of any firearm in my inventory at wholesale dealer cost.
- Help me set up Friday night / Saturday morning or tear down Sunday after the show, or both, and I will send you home with some free ammo.

I am looking for knowledgeable people that have good experience with firearms and ammunition. You must be able to run a cash register and answer customer questions. I'd like to find someone who is willing to help out with NICS checks, etc, that way I have more time to sell product rather than sitting on the phone. I will teach you everything you need to know, but I mostly just need a warm body to ring up orders and keep people from walking off because they are not getting help. Even if you have never done anything like this before, that is OK, you just need to be willing to learn and have a good attitude!!

PM me for details...

Are you looking for someone to do every show? Is the set up and tear down required?

Either way its a good deal for a gun guy, you'll probably have a bunch of applicants.

Helping setup and tear down would be a plus, but I understand that's a lot of work for $50.

I wish I had the patience to help you out Kyle, but those folks would drive me nuts! :) I have seen how busy your table gets.
