A plug for this.. I injured my back a few years ago...I spent a LOT of money at the chiropractor with minimal success. I bought a pair of the teeters hang up inversion boots. I hobbled out to the weight room and had my son help m get up on the chin up bar... I hung there for MAYBE 5 minutes and things started popping nd stretching.. I RAN back into my house and my back has been 90% better ever since. I was actually a bit taller after the first session on them.
