Post by rickt »

Don't be afraid to read this bill. It's only three sentences.
H. B. No. 599 - Representative West (D).

Cosponsors: Representatives Leland (D), Ashford (D), Ramos (D), Brown (D).

To repeal section 9.68 of the Revised Code to restore local authority to regulate the ownership, possession, purchase, sale, transfer, transportation, storage, and keeping of firearms.

This bill would cede the power to regulate firearms to local municipalities instead of the state, and the state wants to give up this power? I don't see it happnin'.

Ah, Thomas West, what a complete waste of matter. This isn’t his only attempt to “curb gun violence”
