With age comes poor memory. What HB provided CCW licensee to able able to lock gun in car on school property while on school business/athletic functions. Is it in effect yet? Thanks
If I recall correctly it was HB 48, which was rolled into SB 199. This part I'm sure of: It went into effect in late March of this year.
Note that the vehicle must be locked.
