And if I'm counting correctly it has a majority of House members as co-sponsors. Not a veto-proof majority mind you, but a majority nonetheless. Also includes the Speaker who obviously has great influence on the scheduling of what bills make it to the floor. In past years it was rare to see the speaker listed as a co-sponsor of a bill until after it passed. Hopefully this is telling.
