Firearms Pre-emption Law

Post by geomit »

My mind is old and my memory fuzzy so take it easy on me. I thought many years ago the Ohio legislature passed a firearms pre-emption bill. If so, all local gun bans are invalid.

No, but we need one now. Columbus City Council has joined the ranks of the idiots with their ban.

What else did you expect???

Certainly you don't expect a midwestern city, loaded with libs on council, to pass a Vermont or Alaska type law??? We are burdened, here is Ohio, with incompetent leadership (starting at the top with bob taxt) who are either out-of-the-closet libs, or some variation of a RINO.

That's the truth.

What we really don't want is Betty Montgomery to take Tax-hike Taft's spot as our Governor.
