Carr, the Floor Walker, will be surprised if there is any real movement on any pro-gun owner rights legislation.

With HB 234 passing the Senate 24-6 and the House 69-16...it would seem a very light lift...why would there need to be any trepidation?

There tends to be trepidation due to term limits, the possibility for upwards career movement, and the never-ending search for the next job.
