NRA Board of Directors

Post by Birdman »

Most on this forum see things as I do, especially on concealed carry and stand your ground issues.
I would like recommendations for the upcoming vote for NRA Board of Directors.
Any "don't vote for them....EVER"?

A "must vote" for the reelection of Charles L. Cotton. :!: :!: :!:

He really takes a lead role in the NRA litigation matters and has been a long-standing and effective board member.

Is there some place to vote online, or is it still a cellulose based mail in ballot?

If you are voting, I would like to suggest you 'bullet vote' just for these. You don't have to vote for all 25 and the 'famous' names will already get votes. By 'bullet voting', you help the lesser known names since it is top 25 voter getters.

Taken from another forum:
I am starting this thread to discuss candidates for the 2014 elections (who will serve through 2015). I am concerned that there are at least a few candidates running for the Board of Directors who appear to support additional laws and regulation limiting the Second Amendment. It would seem one of these candidates is former Navy SEAL, Brandon Webb (see: http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/156...__.html&page=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for details)

Among the things he has already advocated is mandatory firearms training in all states. He has also declined to answer several direct questions on his support for certain firearms laws. Here is a sample quote from him:

Generally, I bullet vote. Who is Sean Maloney, and why should I vote for him?
