Who's the "we" being referenced in the "oppose/support/neutral" list? Is this an official OFCC stance?

Yes, it is the official OFCC stance, although OFCC hasn't "officially" issued press releases on all of them yet

+1. Just read through them. If the anti's get their way, it's gonna cost more headaches to the law abiding and untold amounts of taxpayer money....

I truly hope we gain ground this year.

Thanks!

I was hoping that HB 231 would strike the parking lot carry prohibition used by some employers to keep their employees with CHLs from keeping their weapon in their locked vehicle in the employee parking lot... I drive through some crappy neighborhoods on the way to/from work, and would feel much safer if I had my pistol along for the ride.

Things are not looking too good for any gun legislation to be passed in the final couple months of the Ohio 130th General Assembly. Anybody got any inside dope on any progress that might help with pro-gun decisions ahead of the November, 2014 elections ?

HB 495 wasn't even talked about and passed till the wee last minutes in the Senate. So, not sure how why you think it's "not looking good." Nothing is going to happen between now and the election.
