In 1998, I took an Alfred Plea to the following charges: aggravated menacing and weapons while intoxicated. And the judge found me guilty.
Question: can I still get a Concealed Handgun License in Ohio?

Yes. Those misdemeanors are almost 20 years old and will not count.
