Applying for chl with new 234 law
I was wondering with the passage of the new 234 law, can I get my chl in Ohio. I was denied last year for a processionof marijuana in wv in 2001 so Ohio denied me my license. Just wondering if I can go apply again in 90 days when law goes into effect and get them. Thanks and MERRY CHRISTMAS to everyone.

Only if the conviction would be a minor misdemeanor in Ohio (under 100 grams).

That was my understanding of the new in 234 law. I will find out for sure in March I guess. Thanks MERRY Christmas an a Happy New Year.
