Guy is clearly under 21 and posted a photo of his CHL - Butler County.
First - how can he legally posses, then how does he get a CHL issued. He is claiming it's due to his honorable discharge.

Didn't one of the state laws aimed at improving firearms rights for 18-20 year old service members/veterans get passed, even though because of conflict with other law it doesn't really do what it was intended?
