Seneca County Renewal
I went to the Seneca county SO's office Monday morning, to renew my CCL. The detective that handled the paperwork was fast & friendly, I was done in less than 15 minutes. This Thursday morning, I got a call from the SO, telling me I could come by anytime & pick up my license from the dispatcher. Three days. Not bad at all.

Sounds good. I might go back to Seneca where I received my first license since you said they were fast. I had heard delays were prevalent.
