Please try to research contact information for each city, village, etc, Email, fax, and postal addresses are great. Digital photos of infractions (Signs) are ideal. With limited exceptions this is NOT a discussion forum.

A link to the Cincinnatti code led me to find Daytons code.

I don't know if this site is up to date.
If it is, Dayton looks nearly as bad as Toledo.

Section 138 has:
1. The old concealed carry afirmative defense language and no reference to CHLs
2. Firearm Identification Cards required
3. Some REALLY limiting definitions of assault weapons. IF YOU HAVE TIME READ THIS!!! 138 Division 3
