You can fill it as full as it will go with Trail Boss (allowing for the space of the slug-NO compression) and the net result will be a decent, under max pressure load. Fill it to the same volume with Bullseye, however, and it might be a full TRIPLE charge and could grenade the revolver.
I like to swap brass... and I'm looking for .32 H&R Mag, .327 Fed Mag, .380 Auto and 10mm. If you have some and would like to swap for something else, send me a note!

I was introduced to SASS last year by my father in law and after spending a year picking up the right guns and gear have begun to participate. Here in Ohio one of the gentleman involved in the sport casts and many of the guys I have shot with purchase their bullets from him. His company is Appalachian Bullet Co. and he goes by the alias Doc Adams. His prices are good and depending on which part of the state you are shooting in he may be in there area. I have only purchased an fired a few hundred of the 200gr LRNFP for my .45 Colt, while my father in law has gone through over 15,000 of the same with no issues.

His contact info is below, as I am sure you know almost all of the SASS guys are darn friendly so it might be worth the call or e-mail.

Thanks, gimp! Traded emails with Doc Adams on your suggestion.

If your worried about the powder charges not giving reliable ignition in underpowered loads you can try dripping acetone into the case with powder and letting it dry before you seat the bullet. Subsonic loaders have been doing this for years with good results.

I've bought thousand of bullets from Doc Adams over the years and if I don't cast it myself his bullets are my first choice. Now the bullets I buy from Doc Adams I plan on keeping at 1000 fps or less, if I'm going faster it will be something I cast myself..

+1 on Donnie and Bayou Bullets. Coated lead, runs very clean, great service. I started off with a sample pack of his bullets and have used nothing else since for pistol calibers.

Rocky Mountain reloads. Have bought several thousand heads from him over the last few weeks and prices seem good and shipping is free
