Bandwagon?
I didn't hear a band.

What have they been selling for at gunshows? $60/K? $80/K?
That's where you will find the bandwagons.

We may never see $26/K again.

All I meant in my opening post was...
Things may be loosening up, but then maybe not.
There were 5 boxes of each of the above mentioned flavors on a shelf that had been bare for about a month.
If you NEED primers, CabCol has SOME - not thousands of cases, not sleeves of 100, but SOME full bricks of brand name primers.

Oh, they also had some powder on the shelf, but I won't say which labels or mention prices.
If you want to know, drive up there (parking is free and plentiful) and see what they have.

Prices aren't going to go down on anything firearms related for a long long long time if ever.

I scored a thousand 115gr FMJ Remingtons last night on Midway's website... They were all gone two hours later...

Seeing CCI's at 26$ a thousand is done. The last time I got that price was when I did a small group buy two years ago. Now the cheapest I can get is 28$ per thousand and the availability is questionable. Meaning "They may be in, they may not be... More than likely they won't be."

While 40$ per thousand isn't my ideal price, it's not the worst I've seen and I suppose if I needed them I'd probably pay it and just to be happy I got some under the 50$ mark.

"We may never see $26/K again." Geez, I'm still looking for $17 a thousand. That seems like a fair price. But then I'm also waiting for $.25 a pack Marlboros.

It's really amazing how cultures can be changed by a little price manipulation.

So, Luke...

What great deals ARE you finding up there north of Akron in the 'Sweet Land of Liberty'? Powder? Bullets?

Yeah, gas around here is just under $3.64, but at least the stations have it.

Do you remember back in the late 70's when we lined up to buy gas on odd or even days, and then you could only get 10 gallons at a time?

And at the outrageous price of almost $.96!

How is the Columbus Cabela's on bullets for reloading? Mainly interested in 200gr FP .45s either Berry's or Rainier. Really like how this shoots out of my Kimber Pro's with 6.5gr of Universal. More accurate than I am and seems very clean. Unfortunately running low on those and may have to start using the 2,000 230gr FMJ RN from Montana Gold soon.

The clerks at the BMV always look at me funny when I'm getting a new plate for a vehicle and request either an odd of even number be issued. I went through that odd/even rationing and I always want to have at least one vehicle I can get refueled on any day if it ever comes back. That reminds me, I got rid of a couple of cars last year and I'm not sure which plates I am using now. I need to check when I get home.

I did ok yesterday! Found almost 100 (93) pcs of 9mm cci AL cases in the trash barrel at the range, and it is boxer! Also, mined about a pound and a half of lead from the berm.

I'm in pretty good shape up here.
