Bat Attack on Ope Carrier

Open Carry is carrying a firearm unconcealed in Ohio. OC does not require a concealed handgun license, but the practice requires intimate knowledge of the law since there are places and situations where OC is prohibited but carrying concealed would be permitted. OC is also likely to attract attention. This forum is for discussion of OC, not for debating the pro's and con's or coordinating any type of protest events.

Bat Attack on Ope Carrier

Post by troy bilt »

It sounds like a mentally ill man attacked an open carry fella at the Walmart.

I have struggled with dyslexia my entire life. I know it's spelled wrong but thanks for pointing it out.

I think that is a follow up to this story.. http://ohioccwforums.org/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=84150" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I do not recall charges being discussed for the attacker previously. Glad to see they swung for the fence, and didn't give him some piddly little misdemeanor charges.

Maybe it was just a "Bat Attack" and nothing more? Who knows if the suspect even noticed the firearm?
