Shorts and T-shirt weather:

Open Carry is carrying a firearm unconcealed in Ohio. OC does not require a concealed handgun license, but the practice requires intimate knowledge of the law since there are places and situations where OC is prohibited but carrying concealed would be permitted. OC is also likely to attract attention. This forum is for discussion of OC, not for debating the pro's and con's or coordinating any type of protest events.

As much as I don't like shooting the gun this way... The pinky extension is coming off my LC9 for the Summer. That's really the only thing about it that prints at all, and even that's not too bad with heavy clothing. However, under the t-shirts it's more of a challenge. Very nearly talked myself into buying an LCP, but then I realized how silly that was. Pull the pinky extension off the LC9 and it's *almost* as small. :-)

On a side note, I decided to go ahead and load +1 now. Used to not do so as I was concerned about having to unload/reload and where to put the spare. That just never happens...

And when in doubt,
I whip it out.
I got me a rock 'n' roll band.

Those are great and there are more subdued options out there. People just need to be willing to make some changes in what they wear. Be willing to go a size bigger ect if they do not want the floral patterns. I am a pretty big guy usually in a XL but when carrying I tend to be in a XXL shirt. I wear them to church as we are a come as you are congregation. Summer, even shorts with these works well. These shirts are in style as is the bowling shirts which I don't like as much as they tend to print unless you go very big.
