digital voice recorder or cell phone app?

Open Carry is carrying a firearm unconcealed in Ohio. OC does not require a concealed handgun license, but the practice requires intimate knowledge of the law since there are places and situations where OC is prohibited but carrying concealed would be permitted. OC is also likely to attract attention. This forum is for discussion of OC, not for debating the pro's and con's or coordinating any type of protest events.

The ACLU App for the iPhone is worthless in my opinion. It did not work 50% of the time and was not a "stealth" recorder as it advertised. I find the iPhone standard recorder works just fine. Works even better with the earbuds around your neck with the built in microphone.

This is a very informative thread. I've had an MP3 player for years, never thought about using it as a voice recorder or that it even had that function. :)
