Freedom is messy. Freedom is unruly, Freedom always has people who make mistakes as well as people who make wise choices. Freedom is an imperfect society, but I'll take freedom instead of tyrants every day of the week. - BobK

Nope, sorry. I'm told that they have up to 270 days to file a charge. I will be at PITP though, perhaps I'll have the all-clear by then.

Sigger, in your situation, I would be talking to a lawyer about possible charges being filed against me and a lawsuit on my part. I have had that discussion with my attorney. Long story short, He charges $150.00 hr and would need 10- 12 hours upfront to file a lawsuit. I dont know how long you have to file(shoulda asked-and think I will) but I could likely raise that sum and I would. I would not expect to win the title to the court house, in fact I would be lucky to win enough to pay my legal bills. Worth it in my opinion to get a public win for our side. You'll notice, I'm not talking contingency fees. Not an option with my attorney and I was glad to hear it. Typically, an attorney will want to settle if the offer is high enough. Problem is settlements in cases like these usually include no disclosure agreements and that wouldn't be what I would be looking for. Almost always, the lawyer makes that call absent a legal agreement between you stipulating otherwise. I suspect few attorneys would agree to that unless you brought them a sure thing involving death and dismemberment!

He is already working with an attorney which is why he is not posting details here...
