Possible Walmart Policy Change

Open Carry is carrying a firearm unconcealed in Ohio. OC does not require a concealed handgun license, but the practice requires intimate knowledge of the law since there are places and situations where OC is prohibited but carrying concealed would be permitted. OC is also likely to attract attention. This forum is for discussion of OC, not for debating the pro's and con's or coordinating any type of protest events.

Walmarts stopped selling guns because CORP was totally clueless about WHAT kind of guns to stock.

They have several nice single shot break open combos where one barrel is muzzle loader and the other rifled for slugs, PERFECT for ohio, and I NEVER saw one IN a Walmart store only in the Walmart "we can order" catalog.

The people working the counters always lamented that they had no say about what guns CORP sent to the store or decided to stock. LOTS of 30-06 and 270 rifles............which in ohio you can only use for a very few things, never saw a 22-250 in a walmart EVER, or a 223.

Have a great day today unless you have made other plans :-).
