Anyone know if they are posted? Going to head there later on today and can't seem to find any information on whether or not they are a CPZ.

Any info would be appreciated

Well, if or before this discussion gets moved.....

If it's their fair that's going on, (you didn't really say, so I'm assuming), they are NOT ALLOWED to ban carry, (open or concealed), on the property.
Carry in the buildings is another issue, as some fairs post the buildings and some don't , because the law is not black and white on the issue.

Stand alone restrooms and shelters are exceptions and you can carry into those buildings, but some fairs consider all the barns and buildings to be shelters and some don't, hence , the problem.

If you normally conceal and the buildings aren't posted , I'd carry in them.

Again some fairboards try to post against carry completely, and how you want to deal with a fair that's breaking the law, is up to you.

Stark co. fair posted last year, (and they know better) , .....sometimes they need to be set strait.

The grandstands are ok also, if you can enter without going through a posted building.

The colosseum is posted at all entrances. Everywhere else is good to go.

The "colosseum" (?), just what is that , the grandstand area during the fair ?

If so , they can't legally post.

They may post at the entrances of the building leading into the grandstands, but they can't legally deny you from entering from the outside of the grandstands through fences that others are using.

Please clarify for us on this issue.

The Coliseum is a very large enclosed building where they have livestock shows, auctions, etc. It is not just a glorified name for the grandstands.

And clearly more than a primitive barn that could be considered a shelter.
