Question:
Michigan is good with my Ohio CHL. Does that include Soaring Eagle (since it is Native American land)? Assuming I cannot carry in the casino, can I leave in my car? Hotel room?
Thank you for your help!

Re: Soaring Eagle - Michigan
Casinos are off limits for carry pursuant to Michigan law. Elsewhere on Indian land, it depends on the tribal laws. Most require a permit from the tribal authorities. You can get more information on http://www.handgunlaws.us.

Is the casino on "Indian land" or "Indian reservation" (not the same) ?
And, do Michigan statutes have any force of law on either ?
