At 3:00 in the morning in downtown Cleveland it's way too dark for me to see some stupid sign and I'm probably dead tired to boot.

For what it's worth the last time I picked someone up there (this was probably 5 years ago) there was absolutely no need for me to go in the facility. I called the passenger as I approached the depot and she came outside as I pulled up. Both she and her luggage were in my car and we were on the road in less than 15 seconds. If you blinked, you missed it.
