Glock 22 Gen 4.
4 Primary Gun Rules:
1. Every gun is always loaded.
2. Never point a gun at anything you're not willing to kill or detroy.
3. Be sure of the target and what's beyond.
4. Finger off the trigger until the sights are on the target.

Very typical. Keep in mind that their use of the word "premises" probably means the parking lot too, at least by their reckoning. Fortunately such an infraction outside the building would only open you to being sued, not prosecuted. And they'd have to show damages somehow. Of course if they saw you at your vehicle disarming (presumably upon arrival) and asked you to leave, you'd have to comply or else risk a trespassing charge if you were stubborn enough to wait for a law enforcement officer to get there.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!
