Proper pistol storage in a MV-school parking lot

Post by expo2248 »

Let’s say I’m CCW while picking up my grandkids after school but instead of them coming to the car I have to go in the school to get them. How would I legally store my pistol in the car in this situation?

6th post down gives the breakdown...

:) In brief;

Premises Type

K-12 School - Question B

Question B: Do you work there?
Yes - Question C
No - Storage Option 2

NOTE: You did not specify but I presume you are not an employee....

Storage Option 2:
Keep it in your vehicle. The vehicle may be unlocked while you are in it. If you exit the vehicle you must lock it. Again, no explicit allowance made for reentering but it can probably be inferred.
Acquisitions thus far:

-Slingshot
-Butter knife
-Soda straw and peas
-Sharpened pencil
-Newspaper roll
--water balloon (*diversionary*)

Yeah, I'm that good

Just what I was looking for WhyNot. Thanx for your response.
The sheep do not want the dog around--he looks too much like the wolf. He reminds them there is danger out there just beyond the relative safety of the fence. The wolf also hates the dog. He knows it's the dog that stands between him and his prey. The dog is the reason the wolf is lean and why he is forced to stalk the darkness.
