BUT, what if an anti-gun school system doesn't want their employees carrying onto sch. property and leaving their firearms in their vehicals, and a teacher is found to have their gun in their car?

The teachers "are" employees of the school district, right?
The school doesn't have the choice of "wanting" or "not wanting" employees to carry or not. The school will then become defendants in a civil trial if the teacher has any kind of decent union representation, and the school will NOT "want" that kind of publicity.

Especially when faced with the new parking lot storage provision as well as the change to school zones - schools parking lots will be double-plus allowed. Well, assuming you lock it up properly according to the new provision, of course...

If that happens it will be a very ironic situation for the teacher's union, as the NEA and the AFT allegedly oppose teachers being armed, and voiced support for gun control and anti gun politicians. I don't mean opposed to just teachers carrying, but anyone other than LEO.
