Well, if there's another run in the future at eliminating the notification requirement, feel free to use it.

Their is no excuse not to under stand the law. We CHL holders are required to know the laws, police not so much. Imo she was falsely detailed,... that violated her civil rights under the color of law.

I will bet the one's that do this know exactly what they are doing. Any action has to be on civil rights violation not on someones time being detained.

Hope you have big bucks to hire the attorney on that fact pattern because he won't take it on a contingency if he is any good at all and understands the law and how the courts work.

Yes, I forgot that attorney don't want to do anything unless it's a slam dunk.
