New Supreme Court Gun Case Protects Women

This case is about a woman protecting herself from an abusive ex-boyfriend. Although the case involves a stun gun, the wording of the decision clearly applies to firearms. It is disgusting to read what the charges were against this woman and the ridiculous "reasoning" used to justify the charges.

I am surprised I haven't heard about this. I am also surprised this thread received no previous responses. Thanks for posting, EE. Quite interesting.
