Any new news on Clyde :oops:I always seem to be behind the times :?

That is old news from last year. Read the second sentence in this article. Then look at the date it was posted.

This is the last thing we posted on our website about the situation in Clyde. If you've followed all of the briefs you'll notice that OFCC's argument has been consistent since day one: This law conflicts with state law.

The City of Clyde's argument has been all over the place, and my personal hope is that the judge will realize this.

A decision in the case could come at any time.
