This is the last thing we posted on our website about the situation in Clyde. If you've followed all of the briefs you'll notice that OFCC's argument has been consistent since day one: This law conflicts with state law.
The City of Clyde's argument has been all over the place, and my personal hope is that the judge will realize this.
A decision in the case could come at any time.

I'd much prefer you send me an email telling me when you are going to get involved in doing what I've been doing since 1999. We are only as effective as we make ourselves.
