AG and open carry IN ohio rest stops

there were to letters from the AG that said you could open cary IN a rest stop that was posted on the ofcc page, but cant find them now, and one have the link.

hmm, what is the law on this my friends?

and changing topics...I know we cant carry in a Federal park at all.

As far as State parks, we cant conceal in a bathroom? or building? so can we then lift our shirt up, and Open Carry is still legal and we cant get charged with anything??
