All of them, please.

I can't get a hold of a print register, however. If you can, please PM me info on print ads!

I just got a call from Roger at Gundlach, H sayes that he is NOT a CHL holder, his name is not on that list and never was. I think we know that it was and that the Regoster proabaly went back an pulled the names of any of their advertisers names that appeared on the list.

Anyhow, he is not happy with usl all. He has a 1 year contract with the register and cannot break it for fear of a lawsuit ( i understand that) He is writing me an e-mail outlining his position on this issue and his advertising with the register. I told him i would post that e-mail here for our members and for anyone else that uses this board to see, and to give him a voice to explain his position.

So look for his e-mail shortly.

and another thing, I think we need to reframe from using smiley faces and giving the appearance that we are "enjoying" this situation. The very people we are contacting to ask them to not use the Sandusky Register as their advertising outlet, may just come up HERE to see just what we have to say and how we are handling it.

This is not to point out anyone, I think i even used 1 or 2, but do need to stop it. We want to present this effort as it is, professional and polite.

Thanks guys!

Hey, good news, the Sandusky Register has a forum.

http://forums.sanduskyregister.com/

Wouldn't it be great to get a bunch of comments on their own board ?

To those posting on the Register Forum;

So far the only supporter the Register has on this issue is a 22 year old paper girl that is employed by the Register.

Hi Folks,

Have we decided who/how we will contact these advertisers. What I DON'T want to happed is for these innocent third parties to get bombarded with calls from all of us stating they represent OFCC.

The result could backfire.

What are the opinions of a centralized call list (my sales days are flashing before me)? Each advertiser would be assigned to one or two volunteers, they would track interactions and post responses (if agreed to by the advertisers).

I would suggest this verbal communication be carried out via PM or other private channel.

We don't want to put the advertisers on the spot, but we DO need their support.

As for email/snailmail communication, are we tracking the responses/inquiries?
