Rally To Support Canton Gas Station Worker

This in not an open carry event. I would like to thank Ohio Carry for supporting this gentleman.

On Saturday October 4th at 2:00pm, Ohio Carry will host a Rally to support Lance, who was the victim of a shooting at the Marathon Gas Station, where he worked as a clerk. Lance was shot in the leg when three armed criminals came in and attempted to rob him and the store. Lance heroically returned fire, shooting and killing two out of three armed robbers and saving himself and another clerk in the store.

While many in the neighborhood have rallied behind Lance and shown their support in person, on the phone, and through social media, selflessly giving money to help Lance in his time of need, some of the family and friends of the CRIMINALS who did this to Lance have now taken to threatening him to the point where he has been placed in protective custody. There have also been threats made against his family, his coworkers, and the gas station where he worked, as well as candlelight vigils held for the criminals in front of the gas station where Lances life was nearly taken.

We at Ohio Carry cannot find words strong enough to convey our disgust of these actions. The local gang elements in the neighborhood have taken to threatening and trying to intimidate good people just trying to make a living and defend themselves and their families.
