Want to talk about IDPA, IPSC, or other competition events you are involved in
or are interested in participating in? Want to know if anyone is going to a local gun show? Wondering when the next OFCC event is? All that and more is in this section!

Jake:
Spoilsport.... I was just going to start collecting gags.... Especially for Timmy....
Seriously, if we're going to shoot, it's "shoot if you want to".... And while I may not be the best instructor around (we've got some good ones on board here), perhaps we can arrange a little coaching for those who are willing to participate.
(Then we'll go after Timmy .)

I was just thinking about that stuff last night. I wanted to take some labels off some pill bottles. Probably will result in a glob of goo, but....
About 30 years ago, one of the VP's at the former day job asked our Chemist for some solvent to clean a ballpoint pen. The end result was that the pen resembled cooked spaghetti.

Actually, the PITP in the park will be the social event of the year, but I really hope we get a good turn out for this one.
Folks, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain....
McM....where's the love Man...and the confidence?
After our Meet...Shoot and Eat (boy, that title could tell a story!) the bar will have been raised!!
Ok...I'm going to concede that the speakers and door prizes at The PITP just may exceed our expectations of what you'll see at the "M-S and-E", but...McM will be making balloon sculptures at our event.

Speaking of speakers, My wish list for this year's PiP would be Suzanne Gracia Hupp, or Jeanne Assam. Anyway, the NE Ohio packing picnic, (Packnic?)(Pistol-palooza?)(Diners w/ derringers?) is a great idea!

Another 20 shooters wouldn't even be noticed in the crowds that show up. They set up steel for rifles, pistols, shotguns and 22's. You can shoot anything you own from Crickets to MG42s during these fun shoots. It costs about $10 to shoot all day. They have real food at the range and more than a few good places to eat within a few minutes from the range.
Tusco is a great place to shoot. Nice facilities and good people. Local cop likes to write tickets to members leaving the club in the evenings!! Watch your speed thru midvale.
I think a weekday would be out for me, but a weekend might work. Will be looking for updates soon.

Before a government can become a full-blown tyranny, the government must first disarm its citizens. The Founders of this nation, from their own experience, knew that when government goes bad, liberty evaporates and people die ... unless the people are armed. JPFO
Friend that put me on to OFCC has a range in Pierpont TWP., 'Bula county. Always like to meet new people with guns, as long as they are smiling. Just called friend and asked him to chime in here with offer. steve
