First impressions are not always accurate.

Speaking of accurate, check out this ad from eHeadlines.com

The moral of the story? Practice, Practice, Practice.

It's actually an ad for eye drops but it has a larger message.

Yeah, first thing I noticed in the video, and am never able to resist commenting about that.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

7.5 years in the Army, April 84-Oct 91, and not one time were we required to wear eye protection at the range. We always had ear plugs, but never eye protection. I don't think we wore it a the grenade range, the M203 range, the M60 or the 50 cal machine gun ranges either. Can't remember wearing it on the demolition range either, but I could be wrong on that on. I think about the only time I ever put on safety glasses was if I were crawling around under a piece of heavy equipment doing maintenance, and that was just to keep the dirt out of my eyes.

We didn't even wear ear plugs in Viet Nam, though we did on the range in that era.
