So Morne, it's been a week and a half, with lots of chit chat here. What did you go buy?
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

Mr. Glock wrote:Walther PPQ in 45 ACP - has a great trigger and not-too-big grip. I think they have a regular and long-slide (or similar).

I was considering buying one, but I dont like the slide release "bars" on each slide, as my high thumbs position holds them down sometimes. And the mag release molded in fence is a little high (easily fixed with a little work).

Frankly, Walther has been pretty impressive lately. The little 9 mm is a great gun too.
So at the Fun & Gun I was reminded by Mr. Glock about this option. I seek input. Anybody have a Walter PPQ to relate firsthand experience?

Update - got a Sig P320C in .45 this week. Would've preferred the carry or full-size but got a good deal so what the heck.

Prior owner put the Apex trigger kit in it so I get to test that out. Will update.

The beauty about the modularity of the 320 is that I can buy a carry grip module and swap it in for less than $50.
