Gun Show S&W Armorer ?

Does anyone know of a gun show coming up where there is a S&W armorer present to install sights ?

I don't have any leads for you, Carmen, sorry. But it might help if you specified revolver or semiautomatic handgun. Generally speaking the latter is easier.

Down here a couple of the Glock armorers have "branched out" to the M&P Smith and Wesson semiautos. Not much of a stretch, really, and swapping sights in dovetails should be easy enough with any of the "fits most brands" pusher gizmos.

I have the TRUGLO Tritium fiber optics on my Glock19....Want the same on my Shield..

Carmen, the Medina show usually has a Glock armorer, but I don't know if he does any other brands like S&W. Since the Medina show is this weekend, you could swing through and check.

I've used that guy a couple times before..Nice guy...Don't recall anything other then Glock..that was 2 years ago...if I get time I'll swing by....

Sight pushers (screw type) are really worth the investment... then you can resell them, or rent them out, which makes up the cost for the "gunsmith" installation, assuming you have bare minimum mechanical ability. Also a wooden dowel rod and plastic hammer can do the trick on your kitchen table--- gotta love Harbor Freight. For Tritium, be sure you are pushing on the dovetail base, not the top of the sight.

Locally, you might ask if someone nearby (gun club) might lend you their tool for a 6-pk of beer, or cost of shipping.

Not sure I would trust FFF they put scratches on my buddy's 1000 dollar Kimber doing sights . They told him oh we didn't do that.

I had a problem with them doing that in Middleburg Hts on a Kimber. Kimber front sights are notoriously tight. He got the old ones out but somehow screwed up installing the new ones. While Kimber is notorious for tight front sights, when he was done you could push it right out. B&T in Middleburg Hts. will put them in for you and they've always done great. Just bring the slide and sights there and you can usually pick it up in a week or so.

I just talked with him (Frank) and he does not have the sight pusher to do your Smith yet. It is on his list, just hasn't done it yet.
