That's pretty good. Three bucks less than Gun Envy's deal at the shows. (I don't know about in-store.) They have Federal white box, and Buffalo Cartridge Company, the latter is factory remanufactured.pirateguy191 wrote:Oof, I got 500 of Freedom Munitions new for $107 shipped.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

See what you think of it. I got the 115 grain New, it was very underpowered and was less than reliable in my Glock 19 (issues every 150-200 rounds), and even worse in my shorter barreled M&P Shield.

^ Wow! What happened. I just finished up a case of FM's new-manufacture 115 gr., and it was absolutely flawless (I used this case exclusively at the range, not in classes). Purchase dates back to May-ish?

I shot some of the reman last year with no issues. I have yet to fire the new stuff. Kinda stocking up a little while I have a wee bit of the green available.EChryst wrote:pirateguy191 wrote:Oof, I got 500 of Freedom Munitions new for $107 shipped.

Well, more like last 72 hours. But, I picked up a Rock Island Armory 2011 in 10mm 4.25" TAC model.
Also got 500 rounds of Georgia Arms ammo just in today, along with 40 rounds of Underwood 180gr Gold Dot ammo.
Alien Gear holster is on its way, as is a Wilson Combat 10mm mag.
All in all, it was a good day.

This gun really needs a write up in the Range Report thread in the Firearms & Gear section.Darkness wrote:Well, more like last 72 hours. But, I picked up a Rock Island Armory 2011 in 10mm 4.25" TAC model.

Bought some Trijicon Night sights for my Glock 19, renewed my NRA membership and also joined GOA.
"Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home
Let me die in a pile of empty brass."
Amen
